Donnie Darko
Didn't occur to me until last night that when the older sister comes home from her date before the jet engine comes crashing in you hear a muscle car pull away, and at the party you hear the sister asking where is Frank. I didn't realize at the time that the older sister is dating Frank.
Did Donnie know this?

that's a good question... i didn't realize that either. i wonder how that plays in to things. she never really said anything about him until the end. but i have a question about frank. was it really frank that came to donnie all those times or was it just donnie putting a face/character to his thoughts? donnie's had 'imaginary friends' before, as we've learned in the therapist office - were these time travels too and we just got to see the last one?
